While anything but an early adopter to social media, Kansas City International Airport has found a true niche in the space over the last two years. KCI’s efforts to engage social-savvy customers have been recognized by the Kansas City Star, the Boston Globe and top aviation bloggers. In July of 2010 Forbes ranked KCI as the Top Tweeting Airport in its peer group.
