My facilities management background began as a Territory and Branch Manager with Barefoot Grass, Inc., then the second largest landscape services company in the U.S. I moved into management positions with Lesco, Inc., the leading lawn, tree care and pest control supplier in the nation at the time and later spent ten years as Landscape Services Coordinator for Michigan State University prior to joining The University of Chicago as the Landscape Services Supervisor in 2010, where I was responsible for in-house and contracted grounds maintenance and enhancement, Motor Pool operations, and aspects of Recycling and Waste Management.
