1. JD for Information Architect<br />Information Architect is required to possess the following experience and knowledge: <br />(a) Strong understanding of the relationship between content, user interface, business, marketing and technology; <br />(b) Strong working knowledge of information design and interface design principles, user centered design principles and practices, and usability methodologies; <br />(c) Experience in related creative tracks such as design, interactive development, copywriting and content strategy; <br />(d) Strong presentation skills, writing skills and effective client relation skills; <br />(e) Working knowledge of site design and mastery in principles of web design technologies (HTML, CSS, XML); <br />(f) At least five (5) years of professional content creation and editorial experience, including information architecting and usability design and testing; and <br />(g) At least five (5) years working experience with large-scale commercial and Government web sites. <br />The scope of work for Information Architect is as shown below: <br />(a) Create information structure and navigation flows for the portal and related collaborative applications; <br />(b) Lead and facilitate in requirements gathering workshops with clients, conduct end user and business users needs assessment and task analysis; <br />(c) Develop experience briefs, audience profiles and personas, organizational models, workflows diagrams, wireframes and clickable prototypes; <br />(d) Present overall information architecture and site map of the portal and its rationale to key stakeholders for their buying-in and/or approval; and <br />(e) Develop the content and messaging strategy, and publishing schedule for the portal. <br />
