The rebranding of the iconic Las
Vegas arch
One of the biggest news in
March was the rebranding
of the iconic Las Vegas
arch, notes resident
Stacey Tokunaga.
Construction has started
on the archway, which
serves as the entry point
for tourists to the city of
Las Vegas.
The arch, which is located
between St. Louis and Bob
Stupak, off Las Vegas
Boulevard, is valued at around $6.5 million. It will be found right under The
Strat. And as Las Vegas Mayor Carolyn Goodman had put it, the rebranding is a
“revitalization” of sorts to keep people coming into the legendary city.
The iconic landmark is
designed to usher visitors
down Las Vegas Boulevard,
into the main street, and
then Fremont. And that’s
not all; Mayor Goodman
also mentioned that there
would be more historical
hotel signages in the heart
of downtown Las Vegas to
bring in more tourists.
The entire rebranding of
the Las Vegas arch will take
a little over six months to

complete, from the middle
of March to the end of
September.
While the construction is
underway, the government
of Las Vegas has mentioned
that motorists should
expect a bit of traffic in the
area.

the new Las Vegas arch?
