I have been developing iOS APP in KKBOX for three years, so here comes my thought: - Team : Communicate and adjust with positive attitude regularly and we will grow up together. - Self-management：I manage my working schedule by Trello + Pomodoro and acquire new knowledge by Twitter, Feedly or Facebook. - Product : Need to prevent unresponsive UI or crash from occurring, so I will profile APP before the release to check if there is existing problem of memory leak or low performance. - Source Code : Simple, readable, testable and zero bad smell. - Test : Add unit test or integrated test for APP.
