Starting from the 1860 filter column, various fixed membrane treatment
technologies have been introduced.
Since the early 1990s, MF/UF ceramic membrane products have been used
in industrial fluids and water treatment. Early ceramic membranes used a
tubular or plate structure with a membrane surface area significantly lower
than that of organic membranes. Due to the high cost, the application of
ceramic membranes is limited to challenging areas. In recent years, ceramic
membranes with high specific surface area have been introduced, but the
cost is still 4-5 times that of organic membranes.

Industry - Mine Water Treatment Process
Mine water is the most discharged wastewater in the coal mining
process. It is the water infiltrated into the ground by the aquifer. It is
formed by a series of physical, chemical and biological reactions
between the mine water and the coal rock formation.
When the mine water flows through the coal mining face, it will
bring in a large amount of suspended solids such as pulverized coal
and rock particles. The suspended solids content of the mine water
containing suspended solids is much higher than that of surface
water, and the sensory properties are poor; The particle size is small,
the specific gravity is light, the sedimentation speed is slow, and the
coagulation effect is poor;
The mine water also contains organic pollutants such as waste
engine oil and emulsified oil. The total water content in the mine
water is much higher than that of normal surface water, and a large
part is sulfate ion. Mine water tends to have a particularly low pH
value, often accompanied by a large amount of ferrous ions, which
increases the difficulty of handling.

1. Waste Stone Field Leaching Water
According to statistics in 2005, the annual emission
of coal gangue in China can reach 150 million tons,
the utilization rate is 43%, and the accumulated
coal gangue is 2 billion tons over the years. A large
amount of coal gangue is deposited into coal
gangue.
The pyrite in coal gangue undergoes long-term
leaching of weathering and atmospheric
precipitation, and the formed sulphuric acid or
acidic water disintegrates toxic and harmful
elements such as cadmium, mercury, lead, and
arsenic into the ground.
Solid wastes such as uranium, radium and other
wastes and tailings are produced in the mining and
smelting of uranium ore.
2. Mineral Processing Wastewater
1. Source:
(1) Drainage of wet dust removal during crushing, ground washing water in crushing and screening
workshops, tape corridors and ore transfer stations.
(2) Beneficiation wastewater. The beneficiation wastewater containing a large amount of suspended solids is
usually used for beneficiation after sedimentation, and the sediment enters the beneficiation system according
to its composition and is discharged into the tailings system.
(3) Cooling water. Cooling water from the crushing and grinding equipment cooler and vacuum pump drain.
This kind of wastewater is only high in water temperature and is often used for ore dressing after being directly
discharged or cooled.
