Student Application Form - Terms and Conditions
Application Fee, Terms and Conditions
1. Chimes Aviation Academy (Hereinafter referred
to as “CAA”) has been duly authorised by the
Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA),
Ministry of Civil Aviation (MOCA) to provide the
flying training courses and render the related
studies.
2. CAA offers you the opportunity to appear for
the examination/entrance test for becoming
eligible for enrollment to _______ Course
(PPL/CPL/CFP, tick and fill as applicable) for
obtaining the license from DGCA.
3. The examination venue, date and time
provided to you shall not be subject to
cancellation, change or reschedule unless
otherwise communicated to you by CAA before
the due date of examination.
4. You shall not be entitled to seek cancellation
or rescheduling of exam.
5. Your selection to the course you are seeking
admission would be on purely merit and
fitness basis and CAA by enrolling you for
entrance test makes no guarantee for your
admission to the course.
6. Upon your successful selection, you shall have
to comply with all rules, regulations, directions,
as amended, issued by DGCA, MOCA or any
other statutory body governing the civil
aviation field as may be applicable to the
course you shall be enrolled for.
7. In addition to the statutory compliance, you
shall also have to abide by the contract, all
the policies made and issued by CAA,
whether at the time of your joining the
course or during the continuation of your
course.
8. You agree that any material changes viz., in
tenure, cost of course, general applicable terms,
eligibility for license may have the impact on the
course or its content and you shall abide by the
same in totality.
9. You are being allowed to sit in entrance test for
enrollment to _______ Course (PPL/CPL/CFP, tick
and fill as applicable) on payment of Rs.2000/-
(Rupees Two thousand Only) (hereinaf ter
“Application Fee”).
10. The application fee shall be payable in Cash or
Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Chimes Aviation
Private Limited” payable at New Delhi.
11. The application fee paid by you is non-refundable
under any circumstances including your no show
for exam or withdrawal from the exam.
12. All the statutory levies including but not limited to
service tax shall be also borne by you applicable
on the application fee, if any.
13. The dispute, differences, shall be subject to the
sole and final adjudication of the management of
CAA, who shall appoint its senior representative
for the same. The decision of the said
representative of CAA shall be final and binding
upon you.
14. These terms shall be governed by the laws of
India.
15. Those irreconcilable disputes arising from these
terms shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts at
New Delhi.
16. This application from filled in by you is after
reading all the above terms and conditions and
agreeing to the same.
