Program (CHIP), a system platform, allows Microsoft to increase the effectiveness of its incentive
investment through the planning, management, and incentive disbursement to partners at a centralized
and accountable platform with local flexibility to demonstrate Microsoft’s value transfer to partners.
Through the delivery of standard processes across programs and program types, Microsoft has a
significant opportunity to enable more sophisticated program management and deliver an enhanced
Partner experience across the annual FY12-FY13 channel incentive program investment.
The goal of this effort is to:
 Provide a consistent User Experience through a set of Enterprise capabilities that can be
leveraged across multiple Incentive Programs
 Provide a scalable solution to the current and future growth of our Channel Incentives Strategy

Project: IP PABX Product Testing (AVAYA CM (Communication Manger))
 Performed unit test, Regression test, System test, Function test and Integration testing for
different development and sustaining releases of AVAYA CM 5.2 and 5.1 AVAYA Aura and Session
Manager. Testing include both automated and manual. This includes both white box and black
box testing. Bugs found during test should be logged and isolated to the block level. The faults
raised in system test should have temporary solution based on the priority of the trouble report.
Automated testing is performed using IP-Auto-Test Tool and Provision as configuration tool.
Delivered the sessions on System Platform Session Manager got perfect five award.

(Hyderabad, India)) Nov 2008 – 2010 Project: IP PABX Product Testing (AVAYA CM (Communication Manger))  Performed unit test, Regression test, System test, Function test and Integration testing for different development and sustaining releases of AVAYA CM 5.2 and 5.1 AVAYA Aura and Session Manager. Testing include both automated and manual. This includes both white box and black box testing. Bugs found during test should be logged and isolated to the block level. The faults raised in system test should have temporary solution based on the priority of the trouble report. Automated testing is performed using IP-Auto-Test Tool and Provision as configuration tool. Delivered the sessions on System Platform Session Manager got perfect five award.  Designing and configuring the call flow as per the requirement (skill or time based), VDNs and vectors. Add new split, skills, and agent and troubleshoot the same if any issue.  Prepare testing closure reports after each phase of testing and obtain sign-off from the stakeholders.
