Local Union #723 Staggering Terms of Office for Trustees TIME LINE OF EVENTS 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 Trustee (T1) With the By-Laws becoming ratified if the Trustees Terms of Office were to be staggered the current Trustees Terms of Office would expire no later then Feb 15, 2010. Currently this Local Union has 3 Trustees in office with terms of office expiring no later then Feb 15, 2012. Trustee (T1) Current Trustees Terms of Office will now end no Later then Feb 15, 2011 in conjunction with election of new Trustees Trustee (T2) Trustee (T2) Trustee (T3) Trustee (T3)

To allow for the transition into staggered terms of office three trustees shall be elected no later than Feb 15, 2011 to special onetime term of office as illustrated. Current Trustees Terms of Office will now end no Later then Feb 15, 2011 in conjunction with election of new Trustees Trustee (T2) T2 T2 – elected to a 2 yr term. Trustee (T3) T3 T3 – elected to a 3 yr term.
