of Spa Eco City. Investing in this venture can bring huge profits in future depending on
the location and price. The value of the plots at Spa Eco City is bound to appreciate in

government has announced many important projects in the off Sarjapura area and in
many developmental projects have started already. Sarjapur is also getting its IT SEZ

Spa Eco City Bangalore reviews
I am writing this review because I have already booked a plot at Spa Eco City and it
made sense to write reviews on SPA Eco City Bangalore. The agents organised a site
visit and after few visits with my family, I finally booked a plot. Given the infrastructure
facility here and contemporary amenities here, coupled with the location, future
appreciation of the property is bound to happen. I definitely consider it a good real
estate investment.
Although I own a flat in centre Bangalore, I have booked a plot in Spa Eco City for a
bigger space. It is very quiet as compared to the cramped Bangalore and the layout of
Spa Eco City is very well designed. Even though it is located away from the urban
centres of Bangalore, connectivity is still not an issue since it is between National
Highways 35, 44 & 648.
