3. The goal of MME (MassMutual.com Experience) program is to create a
dynamic, online digital experience for both consumers and customers. It
is a robust technology solution for web customer servicing that is intuitive,
clear, and user-friendly,focused on ease of use maximizing customer
satisfaction with their on-line experience.This will increase brand
awareness and customer loyalty. It will feature account self-service
capabilities, electronic delivery and other preference management
options, improved paperless process, educational tours showing
customers “How to” complete a particular function i.e. register, will have a
social media influence, and the ability to connect with a financial
professional with the goal of combining inspiration and usability that
drive engagement and action. The MME track includes the redesign of
MassMutual.com front end, CP,eDelivery and Registration and log-in

identified as critical for efficient and scalable processing and reporting of
collateral.
Additionally, there are a number of transactions that are currently not
supported by COVERT. So MassMutual had moved into a new investment
system called Eagle that supports the strategic vision of how
collateral/Investment can be managed.

to resolve issues with requirements/mapping transformations

scheduler to extract the data from sources like Oracle, Flat files,
thereby loading the data into the target Data warehouse (Eagle
Database).

The Department of Labour (DoL) has proposed new fiduciary rules
that will impact the sales and service of Qualified Plans such as IRAs,
Variable Annuities, MutualFunds and ETFs. As part of the overall DoL
Transformation program, MassMutual will assess and implement
changes to support these new regulations. Impacted capabilities will
include but are not limited to business processes, product offerings,
compensation, customer service, and technology. All changes made as
part of this program will be evaluated through the lens of the CAS 2025
initiative, to ensure that Cognizant Testing team’s approach is in
alignment with MassMutual’s overall strategy.
