RNA GAS5
Growth arrest-specific 5 is a
non-protein coding RNA that
in humans is encoded by the
GAS5 gene.
The accumulation of GAS5
has been found to inhibit
cancer growth, invasion and
metastasis

Hepatic stellate cells are liver-
specific mesenchymal cells that
play vital roles in liver physiology
and fibrogenesis. Hepatic stellate
cells have a profound impact on the
differentiation, proliferation, and
morphogenesis of other hepatic cell

NF-κB signalling
NF-kB is a protein complex that
controls DNA transcription. it is
involved in the cellular response
to stimuli such as stress,
cytokines, ultraviolet radiation,
oxidized LDL and bacterial or
viral antigens.
this is an axis that consists of two
elements, one anti-inflammatory
(TLR10) and another pro-
inflammatory (mir433-3p)
these react differently to
inflammatory reactions, promoting
or inhibiting cell proliferation in
this case in the liver

Cell viability assay RT-qPCR
Cell viability assays measure
different cellular markers, such as
ATP and metabolic enzyme activity,
as indicators of cellular health.
A known DNA fragment is copied and
amplified billions of times. The PCR
product (endpoint) is subsequently
visualized on an agarose gel and
provides qualitative evidence of the
presence of that DNA fragment in the
sample.

visualization by protein labeling with

11. conclusions
thanks to this article, I was able to identify
numerous processes related to molecular
biology that influenced the development of
the respective experiments and the search for
answers to the main premise, among them the
use of western blotting, PCR tests,
immunohistochemistry, DNA extraction, etc.
each of these essential processes in the
identification of markers that help verify
hypotheses previously raised.
As a student in the health area, I was able to
better understand the level of relevance of
procedures that often go unnoticed because
we prioritize clinical practice. I have come to
understand how essential it is to work from the
microscopic to be able to carry out processes
with larger organisms. and how this helps us to
identify, understand and face different
situations that can affect the human being.
