授課目標
刑法分則是依據保護法益定位其體系，歸類出侵害個人法益、侵害社會法
益以及侵害國家法益等三大類型，在這三大類型下再細分出個別罪章。希
望能幫助同學建立體系架構，清楚掌握基礎概念。
Criminal Law is based on the protection of legal interests are
