HIUG Interact 2012 presentation; CCHMC has been managing its travel and expenses through paper processes and a custom Check Request bolt-on until 2012. This session looks at the process that CCHMC followed to implement the Travel and Expense module and their decision to partner with SmartERP to utilize their PeopleSoft add-on solutions for an improved user interface.
