7. GEN Z Analysis
Generation Z is bold and proud!
They’re a generation that loves to take risks. They experiment with
their fashion style, be it their hair or clothes. Gen-Z loves to be
confident yet comfortable at the same time. They choose straight fit
jeans over skinny fit, and pop colors than muted ones. They
encourage themselves to own the things around them such as being
creative with their styling, being authentic etc. Since they were born
with phones on their hand, they find it more accessible and trendy to
find things in their electronics.

14. PACKAGING OPTIONS

Research on
SUNSCREEN PACKAGING
There are various type of packaging that are in the
market for sunscreen. We decided to ideate on the
type of packaging that would be best for our target
audience along with choosing the option which is
most suitable for the product.
At first, we ideated on various type of packaging
such as roll- on, aerosol bottle etc. but since our
audience is Gen Z, we decided to choose lotion
bottle type of packaging as it is a method that the
GEN Z have been using since their childhood and
therefore it will not take a lot of time to get used to
it.

We chose to proceed with the lotion bottle as it is easy to
apply and get used to since this type of packaging have been
used since our childhood.
Pump bottle which can be refilled.
The design was inspired by sunglasses and perfume bottles,
that people usually carry during summers. There will be two
different SPF in the packaging. This will give out information
to the audience that in much hotter days a sunscreen with
higher SPF should be applied.

17. The packaging design for our product will contain
flavors of different fruits with different SPF. The type of
flavor we have decided to show in our presentation is
Mango, Peach and blueberry. The packaging color will
be of the flavor that bottle contains.
These are the color code of the flavor we have decided
to use in our packaging.
As for the brand color, that would be in black.

Digital billboards depending on the location and time of day, they are
often perceived as bolder, brighter, and more “modern.” Since we are
designing the product for GEN Z, 3D billboard is a must step to take
into consideration.
Static billboards have been a tradition since some time now, which can
be used to attract customers very easily.

Building a pop store according to the packaging has good
impact on consumers as the image remains in their mind
and therefore it helps the brand gain consumers easily.
We can opt for this option to make it more memorable
and easier branding of the product.

Another great advertising technique that can be used for
promoting our brand is to have celebrities/influencers
collaborations.
There can be collaborations with some of the most
famous sunglasses brands as well.

help
One of the most creative ad ideas QR Code campaign was launched
by Turkish Airlines for the Olympics.
Scanning the QR-CODE can take the consumers to a site where the
various details related to product will be found. This will also help in
maintaining consistent application of the product.
