Does it cost more to order a shed than to choose one from your stock?
No. There is no additional cost to get a shed made to order versus buying an identical shed from
our stock.*
*Additional costs will apply if you order optional upgrades.
Are the sheds delivered fully assembled or built on site?
Typically our sheds are delivered fully assembled, however if there is limited access we do offer
build on site, and various other delivery services. See page 25 for more information.
Do you offer site preparation? How much does it cost?
We offer complete site preparation services to get your site ready for the structure of your choice.
Costs vary by zip code, size of structure, and extent of site preparation needed. Please see a sales
associate for pricing.
Do the colors I choose affect the price?
When ordering a shed, we offer a wide selection
of siding, trim, shutter, and shingle colors that are
included in the base cost.
Can I create the layout I want?
Yes. When ordering a custom structure, you choose
where you’d like the doors and windows at no
additional charge.
Are ridge vents and gable vents important?
Ventilating your shed provides proper airflow and is important to prevent mildew and build up of
fumes from chemicals including gasoline or paint that you may store in your shed. Adding ridge
vents or gable vents lets fresh air in and allows continual air circulation which can decrease the
interior temperature by up to 20°F.
Can I increase the wall height?
Wall height can be raised in 6” increments on
select styles. Please ask a sales associate if this
option is available for your specific shed.
How are the double garages delivered?
Double garages are delivered by truck and trailer
like the rest of our sheds. However, they come in
two halves and require some on-site assembly.
What does roof pitch mean?
The angle, or pitch, of a roof, is calculated by the number of inches it rises vertically for every 12
inches it extends horizontally. For example, a roof that rises 6 inches for every 12 inches of the
horizontal run has a 6/12 pitch.
What are the differences between the A-frame, Cape Cod, and Classic styles?
The A-Frame has a 5/12 Roof Pitch, an economical choice, but not a lot of overhead space. The
Cape Cod has a 7/12 Roof Pitch, and offers a fair amount of space for lofts and overhead storage,
and often is a close match for newer homes. The Classic offers a 9/12 roof pitch. See page 22 for
pictured example.

Wooden doors are braced well and painted
on the inside for optimum function over
time.
Windows
Slider windows have aluminum frames
and include screens. Shutters are made of
maintenance-free vinyl.
Drip Edge & Trim
We use maintenance-free aluminum drip
edge to enclose roof edges. We also use
maintenance free vinyl Permatrim for
Signature Painted shed door trim.
Fiberglass Doors
Raised panel doors are made of fiberglass
panels to resist rot or rust. The fiberglass
panel is wood grain texture and accepts
paint very well.

Site Preparation
Site preparation includes ground leveling, followed by a layer of crushed stone. It creates a
solid foundation, and ensures sufficient water drainage; prolonging the life of your structure.
All site preparations come with a one year warranty. If your site becomes uneven within the
warranty period, our team will re-level your shed. Our site preparation service is completed by
our in-house professionals. Fence removal is available upon request.

Delivery
Build On Site
Build on site services are available where truck
or mule delivery is not an option. Build on site
service is an additional upcharge.
Mule Delivery
If you have tight access, or are concerned about
property damage caused by a truck and trailer, our
Mule Delivery option may be for you! The Mule
maneuvers around obstacles with ease and can set
sheds in places that are inaccessible by truck.
Standard Truck Delivery
Direct access by truck to the site where the shed is
being placed is required for standard truck and trailer
delivery. All our deliveries are handled in-house by our
expert drivers to ensure your experience is as stress-
free as possible. Shed delivery pricing varies by distance
and shed size.
