This is a case study presentation over Bio Pharma based on their supply chain management. They work like a MNC & they have plants around the world including Japan, Mexico, USA, Brazil, India, Germany. Recently, they have faced decline in their production & sales. Besides, they have to bear a huge amount of Transportation Cost. Now they want to know about where to expand their plants & where to stop their plants. They mainly produce two kind of raw materials - 1. highcal, 2. Raw Materials. They also want to know if they should continue to produce either one or both of these product.
