I refreshed the Zonar brand to
promote the company as a
technology leader with a
contemporary look and feel. I
began by working with the
founders to define Zonar values. I
then crafted a positioning
statement and brand principles.
Based on these principles, I
changed the tagline from "Inspect.
Track. Know" to "Connected". We
utilized brand guidelines to
develop a new website, trade
show booths, printed material,
landing pages, newsletters and
advertising for consistent brand
expression.

Created and produced The Zone
User Conference to engage
customers and build interaction
between customers and
prospects across industries. The
event included entertainment
events, supplier tradeshow,
keynotes and days filled with
educational breakout sessions.
We attracted 500 attendees and
the event was covered heavily by
industry media. In addition,
Zonar sales staff reported new
sales and on-the-fence prospects
signing contracts after attending
The Zone.

In 2012, I wrote the first piece of
gated content, "5 Questions to Ask
When Selecting a Telematics
System". We then built other
white papers, customer
testimonials videos and webinars.
In 2014, we conducted a series of
webinars resulting in over 2,200
content interactions and 1,300
unique marketing ready leads.

reflect the current brand and

marketing automation system, I
created a marketing operations
process and worked with the
inside sales department to define
lead qualification stages within
Salesforce.com. These processes
allowed us to nurture marketing
leads and follow these leads
through the sales qualification
process.
