Here are some of the things you’ll understand
after this Powerpoint Video:

3. What are points?
 Points are all of the common, rare, super rare,
ultra rare, secret rare, ultimate rare, etc that you
no longer have use for.
 Ex. Cards kids leave on the table when they open a pack
of cards, or ones that you got from a pack that you have
stored in shoe boxes, and tins in your closet.
 Now you count up how many of each rarity you have.
o Ex.
o Commons = 5000
o Rares = 300
o Pack Super Rares = 20
We can then convert the number of cards into points
using SurplusCCGs Point System.

4. How to convert Points - Dollars
 Converting your total number of points into dollars
is easy.
o 100 points = $1.00
• See that was easy :D

5. Ok now how can I use the
points?
 Once you have your total number of points you can use
them in two ways.
1. You can sell your points for the full dollar amount there
worth. 100 points = 1.00. So 2,000 points = $20.00.
2. You can also use your points to trade for cards you need
or want.
• Ex.
• You have 7,000 Points ($70.00) and you want a Box of
Order of Chaos.
If you have 5,000 points ($50.00), and want a box of ORCS
(7,500 points or $75.00) you can make up the difference
with $25 worth of cards.

6. What is your Point System?
 2012 Yu-Gi-Oh Point System:
• Commons - .8
• Rares – 1
• Premium Pack / Hidden Arsenal Pack [Supers, Ultras,
Secrets] – 1
• Super Rares [Structure Deck, Exclusive Pack, Limited
Edition, HL] – 3
• Pack Super Rares – 20
• Pack Ultra Rares – 35
• Pack Secrets – 35
• Ultimate Rares – 50
• Ghost Rares – 50
• Tokens – 4 Tokens = .5 points
• Playmats – 1000 (Varies depending on playmat)
LCGX cards are worth half of the above values.
 Ex. Super Rares -20 Points / LCGX Supers are 10 Points

7. How to Ship Points. This will be several slides.
 Depending on the amount of cards you have it
will vary. The Boxes listed below are FREE at
your local post office.
 Large Flat Rate Box – Holds 7,500 cards. Large Flate Rate
Boxes cost $15 (With Delivery Confirmation and Insurance
it might be $17.00) to ship no matter how heavy!
 Medium Flat Rate Box – Holds ~ 5,000 cards. Medium
Flate Rate Boxes cost $10.00 to ship no matter how heavy!
 For other amounts of cards find the method that works for
you.

Get your large flat rate box from your local post office

Take one row of
commons and stack
them in horizontally,
as shown in the
picture:

Do the same with two
additional rows next
to the first.

Make three smaller
rows running the
opposite direction,
to fill the space on
the side of the box.
This is important, as
it makes sure the
cards don't shake
around while in
shipping.

Repeat Steps
2, 3, and 4, on
top of the cards
you put in the
box in Step 2.

Make 10 small
stacks of cards
to fill up the rest
of the space in
the box, like this:
