It describes one church's approach of evaluating needs on a tiered system and providing limited cash assistance along with counseling and support services. It also highlights a program called Love INC that facilitates partnerships between multiple churches to pool their resources and match those in need with services and aid. This reduces the burden on individual churches while allowing them to work together to help meet growing demands in their communities.
The document discusses ways to build an engaged parish community. It identifies three levels of engagement among parishioners: engaged, not engaged, and actively disengaged. The engaged make up 16% and are deeply committed psychologically and spiritually to the parish through activities like inviting others and volunteering. The not engaged attend but lack strong connection, while the actively disengaged rarely attend and oppose the parish. The document advocates moving parishioners along four steps: addressing what they get out of membership, what they can contribute, developing a sense of belonging, and participating in the parish mission. This helps foster an engaged community.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

Your prayers and faithful seed made a difference
1. Your Prayers and Faithful Seed Made a Difference
News of the Boston Marathon bombing and Texas fertilizer plant explosion caused the prayer
ministers at our Inspiration Prayer Center to spring into action.
First, they joined in prayer for God to heal those who were injured and comfort the
victims’ families.
Then they took the next step—personally calling our Inspiration Partners in the
affected areas.
After making more than 750 calls to our Partners, the prayer ministers were amazed to discover that
God had protected all of them from the terrible events in their community.
However, the Partners expressed gratitude for our ongoing prayers for the victims, their families,
and their cities. And many of the Partners requested prayer for personal breakthroughs they were
seeking from God.
Thank you, Inspiration Partners! Your prayers and financial Seeds are touching lives through the
nation and the world. If you would like to continue Sowing Seeds into the good ground of
