4. Vocational Nursing Partnership Why? Because we needed to expand our students’ nursing opportunities Steps: Called and set up a visit with SPC to talk about a possible vocational nursing partnership Looked at a some high school models within the state

Vocational Nursing Partnership Steps: Decided on utilizing a different model than what was being done across the state to have better student success Developed a Memorandum of Understanding between FHS and SPC Applied for the TEA AchieveTexas Grant to get this program ready for the next school year
