Yoga Course Application
YIC is the monthly course conducted by S-VYASA Prashanti Kuttiram Bangaluru. 1st of each month
course starts goes up to till 30th ,total 30 days of course there will be a no holidays. The course is
combination of two theory and Practical Subjects like Breathing techniques, Asana, Sat Kriyas,
Pranayama, Meditation technique. Yogic Games which improves Concentration, Memory, Dexterity,
Stamina, Awareness and Happy Assembly program which makes one to being tune with true nature,
happiness and Bliss.
1. Objective: A professional yoga instructor training program, consisting knowledge of Holistic living and
not merely as yoga posture, S-VYASA has been offering this course over the last 3 decades all over the
globe with great benefits. At the conclusion of this course, the students will be able to teach yoga to the
general public even having health related complain. The holistic way to prevent diseases, promote
positive health and bring harmony and peace in the society.
2. TITLE & DURATION OF THE COURSE:
2.1 The course shall be called Yoga Instructor’s Course abbreviate as (YIC).
2.2 The course shall be of one month duration.
2.3 The examination for the subjects shall be conducted at the end of each month. Except April &
December months and when there are no candidates taking examination for any subjects.
3. ADMISSION AND ELIGIBLITY:
3.1 To be eligible for admission to the course, the students shall have passed 12th std (IInd PUC/ +2/12
years of education) with basic knowledge of English language.(course will be only in English medium).
4. ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENT:
4.1 Each month is considered as a unit and the candidate has to put in a minimum attendance of 90% in
each subject.
4.2 The student shall be informed about their attendance position periodically so that the students shall
be cautioned to make up the shortage.
Important
To join the course need to submit two passport size photographs, Xerox copy of 12th std (IInd PUC/
+2/12 years of board certificate or higher education) along with application form.
For forniners need to submit valid Passport and visa photo copy.
Please report 1st date of the course by 9am at S-VYASA YIC Course office to complete the Registration.
Accommodation is provided in general Dormitory. Rooms will be at extra cost if vacant. Course fee 14000
thousen for Indians and 750USD for foriners. refundable or transferable under any circumstances.
COURSE FEE STRUCTURE
INDIAN- 14000 Indian Rupee
FORINER – 750 USD
Fee Include simple food, accommodation and course materials.
Dress Code and Discipline:
During practice session.
Gents – Blue colour track suit, White T- shart.
Ladice - Blue colour salver kameez.
Apart from practical session general decent dress code can be used.
The daily program starts at 40.30am and continues till 7.30pm. All Programs are compulsosory. Including
Vedic prayer (Ancient Indian Yogic) in Sanskrit and in Hindi in the morning and evening. Library faculty is
available for reference.
Articles to be brought:
1. Bedding should essentially include thick bed sheet, carpet, blanket and Mosquito repellent.
2. Toilet requirement.
3. Writing material – a not book -foolscap papers ruled and each one dozen and a pen.
4. Yoga uniform, yoga mat and Studies matiral will be provided by VYASA on payment.
5. Please bring a)Torch, b) Umbrella, c) Sweater during winter and other requirements.
6. Please bring plate and steel glass to have food.
