This document provides information and reminders about a year end assessment for Project Mayap. It notes that the test takers and schedule will be the same as the mid-year assessment. Reminders include preparing school devices for students without gadgets and following health protocols. The testing links and google form will be provided to coordinators on June 17th, 2022, 10 minutes before each test session. The schedule provides specific testing windows from June 20th to 24th for kindergarten through grade 12.

3. Reminders
• Test takers in the Mid-Year Assessment will also be the test takers in
the Year End
• The test will be a computer-based assessment in the school setting
• It will be the same scheme with the pilot testing of the Regional
assessment tool
• Review your list of participants in the mid year assessment (how
many are in the face to face classes)
• Request those who are not in face to face classes to take the test in
the school on their scheduled time and date ( secure waiver/inform
consent)

4. Reminders
• Prepare the school’s desktops, laptops, tablets for students who do not
have their gadgets
• Follow health and safety protocols in the conduct of face-to-face
computer-based assessment
• The links will be provided on June 17, 2022 to the testing coordinators but
the google form for the test will only be opened 10 minutes before the
scheduled time/date of the test
• Requiring email and google account were disabled. Test takers can access
the test even if they do not have gmail account.
• For Senior High School subjects included in the year end assessment,
prepare a list of respondents thru random sampling
