It includes torque specifications, service tools lists, and safety warnings to aid service technicians in repairing and maintaining the machines.
Jcb 2140 fastrac service repair manual sn:00741002 00741999jksmmde
This document is a service manual for Fastrac tractors that provides information on machine identification, torque settings, service tools, and maintenance procedures. It contains 17 sections that cover general information, safety, routine maintenance, optional equipment, and specific components like the body, electrics, hydraulics, transmission, brakes, steering, and engine. Torque settings are provided for zinc plated and Dacromet fasteners. Dacromet fasteners have lower torque values than zinc plated fasteners due to their lubricated surface. Cross references between sections are made using bold subject titles and section names.
Jcb 536 t70 telescopic handler service repair manual sn:1522577 to tbajksmmde
This document is the applications tables section of a service manual for JCB Loadall side engine machines. It provides a breakdown of what machine models each section and topic of the manual applies to. The tables list the machine model codes and serial number ranges covered for sections on general information, routine maintenance, body/framework, electrics, hydraulics, transmission, brakes, steering, engine and electronic data systems. Specific system variants that topics may apply to are also indicated. The tables are designed to help the user navigate which information is relevant to their specific machine model and variant.
Jcb 528 s load control (supplement) service repair manualjksmmde
This document provides a supplement to the JCB Loadall service manual, covering JCB Loadall machines fitted with various Load Control Systems, including LCS, LC1/LC4, LC2/LC3, LC5, MC05, and MC06. It describes the purpose and function of the Load Control Systems, with sections on identification, circuit descriptions, schematics, logic sequences, calibration, fault finding, testing, and adjustment for each system. Safety notes indicate that the operator must still use the primary machine indicators and not rely solely on the Load Control System.

2. General
The overhead guard is an integral part of operator
cab. The operator cab is installed on a platform above
main frame members. Step plates on both sides of lift
truck provide access to operator cab. The operator
cab is a separate unit and can be removed as a
complete unit from module and frame of the lift truck.

WARNING
DO NOT disconnect the heater hoses from the en-

system is under pressure, to do so could cause
serious injury.
WARNING
DO NOT remove the radiator cap from the radiator
when the engine is hot. When the radiator is hot
and the cap is removed, the pressure is released
from the system and the steam and boiling cool-
ant can cause burns. Wait 30 minutes for the en-
gine to cool. Do a touch test by touching the radi-
ator with your hand. If the radiator is still hot to
the touch, wait another 30 minutes before at-
tempting to remove, check, or fix any part of the
cooling system.
NOTE: Removing radiator cap will help depressurize

Remove
WARNING
DO NOT remove the radiator cap from the radiator
when the engine is hot. When radiator cap is re-
moved, the pressure is released from cooling sys-
tem. If cooling system is hot, the steam and boil-
ing coolant can cause burns.
Wait 30 minutes for the engine to cool. Do a touch
test by touching the radiator with your hand. If the
radiator is still hot to the touch, wait another 30
minutes before attempting to remove the radiator
cap.
NOTE: Removing radiator cap will help depressurize
cooling system.
1. Remove radiator cover to access radiator cap.
Remove radiator cap. See Figure 32.
WARNING
DO NOT disconnect the heater hoses from the
quick disconnect fittings (inside operator cab) or
engine when the engine is hot or under pressure.
Serious injury can occur.
NOTE: Removing right side door assembly requires
two people.
2. Disconnect heater hose quick disconnect fittings.
See Figure 33.
