El programa de Jóvenes Líderes Iberoamericanos, organizado por la Fundación Carolina, en colaboración con el Banco Santander, a través de su División Global Santander Universidades, y la Fundación Rafael del Pino, se celebra anualmente desde el año 2002. Cada año son seleccionados 50 jóvenes iberoamericanos con expedientes académicos sobresalientes entre candidaturas provenientes de más de 300 universidades públicas y privadas de toda Iberoamérica.

Este documento describe la evolución de la tecnología de la información y la comunicación a través de las décadas. En los años 60 se creó ARPANET, la primera red de computadoras interconectadas, y se desarrollaron los primeros protocolos de comunicación como TCP/IP. En los 70 surgió el correo electrónico y protocolos como FTP. En los 80 aparecieron el navegador web y HTML. Finalmente, en los 90 evolucionó la web hacia una comunicación bidireccional e interactiva con nuevas herramientas.
El Greco nació en 1541 en Creta donde estudió pintura de iconos bizantinos. A los 26 años se trasladó a Italia y estudió el Renacimiento en Venecia y el manierismo en Roma. En 1577 se estableció en Toledo donde desarrolló su estilo único caracterizado por figuras alargadas. Algunas de sus primeras obras maestras españolas muestran influencia italiana pero pronto evolucionó hacia su estilo personal que se identificó con la Contrarreforma.
