1. The Bob and the Computer
Ever look at someone and thought of a superhero within seconds? Well, Bob did. He managed to make about
more than 10 heroes a day. One day, Bob sat down. He stared at his computer, then started to type. Halfway
through his story though, his computer crashed. It then broke into millions of pieces and flew everywhere. I
don’t have any idea how this happened, but I don’t think Bob banging his computer with his fist helped that
much. He toddled over to the Apple store and got another computer, went back home and started on another
comic. The superhero in the book was very much like him, but a female. She can also probably replace Wonder
Woman. She wonders where she puts her keys. She wonders where she put her other sock. She wonders why
she wonders. She also makes a really good tour guide, explaining everything the tourist needs to know.
In the story, a writer is pulled through a portal by wonder woman and is shown how it is to be constantly in
danger of being attacked and smothered by pink fluffy unicorns. While he typed, he thought he saw a face
outside his window. He looked up, but it had disappeared. Shaking his head, Bob thought he was losing his
mind. Then he looked at the clock. It was 1:30 already, so he started getting ready for bed. He looked at his
mirror, brushing his teeth. With his blood turning to ice, he recognized a face in the window through his mirror.
Bob screamed, spewing a mix of toothpaste and water everywhere. The face went through the window,
grabbed Bob and flew off. Bob struggled, trying to stop him from being dragged to the unknown. He then saw a
wall up ahead. As Bob closed his eyes, hoping it would be quick, he felt a sudden nausea and looked to see
that he was in the wall? The world was spinning in a spiral of different colors, and Bob fell back asleep.
Bob woke up in something like his bedroom. A person that looked like Wonder Woman was zooming around
the room like a hyperactive chicken. Bob realized, with a sudden shock it was Wonder Woman. He pinched
himself, trying to come out of his dream. Bob wasn’t asleep. WW went up to him.
“Good, you’re awake. I was starting to wonder whether you died in the journey here. I don’t even know why I
picked you to take here! You mortals sleep all the time, don’t you! It was at least an hour, an HOUR I tell you for
you to wake up. Really? MORTALS!”
At that word, WW flew out the window. She zoomed back in a second later, scowling.
“I suppose I still have to show you around. Look out of the window. What do you see?” she sighed.
Bob looked out the window. He saw a bizarre scene. It looked like a pink, fluffy unicorn was grabbing a male
superhero wearing a cape. The hero was grabbed from the sky with a scream, and pulled down from the sky to
the ground. The person screamed and struggled, but the unicorn was too strong and kept it on the ground. The
person died.
“What was that?!” Bob cried out. The scene was too disturbing to think about. WW looked a little disturbed,
too but not that much as if she was used to it.
“It was a pink unicorn, one of our most dangerous enemies. They are everything you probably hate. Arrogant,
rude, mean and extremely innocent looking. They are also seriously strong. Some can even fly. What you saw
there was a flying, strong unicorn. I would have helped, but it was too strong. I couldn’t do anything.
“Then why did you drag me here? To have me eaten?” Bob asked.
“No, it’s to show you silly mortals how the word works here. You mortals only think of money and war, don’t
you? Well, here, it’s different. We help each other of the situation isn’t helpless. We provide and share resources
when needed. Can you see the difference between your world and mine? If you don’t, then you will because I
am going to show you around. But you have to do exactly what I say, or you’re eaten.” WW said. “and I’m not
helping you.” she added.
“Can’t I just go home?” Bob whined, thinking wistfully of his comfy bed without any dangerous pink unicorns.
“No, not really...” WW looked a bit sheepish. “I sort of dragged you through the portal without thinking. Now
you’re stuck here for a little while...”
WW trailed off. Bob nearly exploded.
“WHAT? How long do I have to stay here?” Bob screamed
“Well, the gate only opens once in a few centuries, but I guess-”
“LET ME OUT. NOW” Bob screamed, banging at a wall.
“Fine.” WW said and she threw Bob at the wall. Bob expected to hit the solid wall and die, but instead he woke
up. He heard screaming and looked out to see a bizarre scene involving unicorns. Wait. Unicorns? Bob had to be
dreaming. He pinched himself, but that didn’t work. He groaned. He grabbed his hair and pulled. But it didn’t
wake him from the nightmare he was in now. Everything then faded to black and he woke up in his room to
hear screaming. Bob didn’t know what was happening, but woke up again. WW seemed to be finishing some
sort of tour.
“And here is the exact spot where the biggest unicorn base in the world was blown up. Do you have any
questions?” WW turned to Bob, looking at him. Bob suddenly realized what had happened and it all made
sense.
“Wh- oh, yeah. Great tour. You should be a tour guide. I learned a lot from this tour, thanks.”
WW stared at him. “I didn’t even start! Did you fall asleep again?”
WW sighed.
“You fell asleep? Seriously? That’s so rude. I was just trying to give you a tour. But if you want to, you can go
2. home. The portals open. Let’s go.”
WW grabbed Bob and flew off through the portal. Bob woke up, but didn’t remember anything that happened
through the portal. He went around, doing his normal routine until he saw a face in the window.
