Patient assessment with Braden scale that calculates the score and automatically records the
measurements into the clinical assessment document. Also assess meds and psychosocial factors
Assess the wound skin color, temperature, moisture, tunneling, undermining, etc. - this
information is automatically included in the clinical assessment document.
