Working with a cyber team has advantages like not needing to physically meet so travel is not a concern, having no boundaries to where work can be done virtually, and being able to work 24/7 without issues of different time zones. However, disadvantages include difficulties contacting other members via communication methods and potential for misunderstandings due to lack of in-person communication cues.
