Dans un titre XI intitulé "Dérogation", l'arrêté prévoit que toute dérogation aux mesures de prévention fait l'objet d'une demande motivée adressée aux agents des services de prévention des organismes de sécurité sociale. la demande de dérogation doit aussi être adressée, pour information, ua CCHSCT de la production cinématographique ou audiovisuelle compétent.
