Pat Fox will speak at a Women's Day of Reflection on preparing one's heart for the Year of Mercy by walking humbly with God. Fox, a convert from Baptist to Catholic, will share her conversion story and how God's mercy sustained her. She will demonstrate how God's mercy has been present throughout her life. The day will include talks, private reflection, music, opportunities for confession, and Mass. It is hosted by Reverend Whitney Miller at the Saint Charles Center on October 24th.

As way of preparation for A Jubilee Year of Mercy, as announced by Pope Francis,
we are inviting women of our diocese to gather for a Day of Reflection on this
spiritual theme of mercy and the call to “walk humbly with God”.
Pat Fox, a convert from the Baptist faith, will share her conversion story, and how
God’s mercy is a sustaining power in her life, and how this Spirit led her home to
the Catholic Church. Through stories and Scripture, Pat will demonstrate the
patterns of God’s mercy throughout her life and invite participants to do the same.
Opportunities for the Sacrament of Reconciliation will be available, and the
Day will conclude with the celebration of Eucharist.
