1 Case Study ONE:
Wally’s Wonder World is the brain child of Wallace Bernhard.   He envisioned a place where kids come to learn by doing things with activities readily available from libraries and community resources.   His market advantage is that they’re all found in one place.
He has the ideal location,
A previously abandoned storefront just two blocks from the local elementary,
Junior high,
And high schools.
He has four retired teachers, favorites from the local schools, who are his good friends,
And create the learning activities.
After being in business for nine months, they have generated $500,000 in revenue.
He has prepared his Business Plan, and his Marketing Plan, and has approached me for investment funds.
As an investor, I’m looking for a unique business opportunity that has potential for multiple site implementations.
How will I determine if this is a business that I should invest in or buy?   What criticalinformationwould help me with this decision?
2 Case Study TWO:
Jennifer Jacobs has just signed on as a Sales Representative with a very fast growing direct marketing company.
The company will teach Jennifer how to find leads and sell the products to her new customers.
What challenges must Jennifer identify and what systems would help her manage those challenges?
3 Case Study THREE:
I own a business that has been profitable for three years.
