William Ochoa is retiring from the Air Force and is seeking work in the private sector. The author, Steve Sanderford, worked extensively with William during training events and was impressed with his skills and leadership abilities. Sanderford states that William demonstrated excellent crew resource management and aircraft decision making during stressful simulator scenarios. Sanderford believes William would be a great asset for any civilian company and recommends him highly.

To whom it may concern:
After several training events with Lt. Col William Ochoa, 89th Airlift wing, Andrews
Air Force base, I can easily recommend him for any civilian job that he choses to
seek. William expressed to me that he would be retiring soon, and would love to
seek work in the private sector.
Having extensive experience in the private sector, and the same with training and
checking Air Force pilots in the 89th and 99th squadrons, I can attest that William is
at the top of the list. During his last training event with me, I gave William and his
partner everything that I could throw at them in the simulator and was amazed at
the CRM, ADM that they demonstrated. No one has come close.
Not only does William, “Will”, have all of these attributes, but after knowing himself
and the rest of his partners in the Andrew’s base, they are down to earth, get along
with anyone types. They have to be. They are the best of the best.
