•Step1: File the Form: It is necessary
to file the Form XIV as specified in the
first schedule to the Rules. After
submitting an application for copyright
registration with all necessary
information and supporting documents,
the author must wait 30 days.
•Step2: Acknowledged by the Attorney:
The applicant or the attorney in whose
favors a Vakalatnama or Power of
Attorney has been executed must sign the
applications. The Power of Attorney that
the attorney has accepted. Also included
should be the Power of Attorney, which
must be signed by the party and
acknowledged by the attorney.

7. Step3: Fees: Demand draughts,
Indian Postal Orders made
payable to the "Registrar of
Copyright Payable at New
Delhi," or electronic
payments may be used to
pay the fee.
Step4: Finally Registered: In
the normal course,
copyright registration
requires two to three
months of time for any
work.

8. Step5: Counter Argument: As I previously stated, the

This waiting period is for any objections that might be
