The BOLD initiative, established in 2014 for young alumni of Alpha Phi Omega, aims to help recent graduates stay connected to the fraternity while acquiring professional and life skills. It offers engaging, affordable, and low-commitment events that facilitate networking and personal development. Future events include workshops on practical adulting topics, creating a pathway for alumni to remain involved and support the fraternity.

2. Background and Inspiration
After graduation, many brothers are not yet ready to
join volunteer staff and lose touch with Alpha Phi
Omega.
The Brothers of the Last Decade (BOLD) program aims
to provide a program of events relevant to young alumni
issues and interests, simultaneously filling a
professional adult knowledge gap and providing a
means for alumni to stay in touch with the fraternity.
The target audience is matriculated brothers within the
past ten years, regardless of any involvement (or lack
thereof) with volunteer staff.
