This letter notifies the recipient that their WhatDoTheyKnow.com accounts have been permanently banned due to repeatedly evading previous bans by creating new accounts under different names and emails. The organization operating WhatDoTheyKnow.com formally withdraws any current or future license or authorization for the recipient to register accounts, use existing accounts, or access the site in any way besides as a non-logged in visitor. Any further use of the site is considered unauthorized access and may result in legal action or being reported to law enforcement.

I write on behalf of UK Citizens Online Democracy, the limited company and charity
that operates the M1atDoTheyKnow.com website.
Subsequent to your WhatDoTheyKnow.com accounts having been banned by our
team of administrators on 29 October 2016 (as 'fFi JK') and on 19
December 2016 (as 'N.••., _.~. l), you have on numerous occasions attempted to
evade this ban through the use of other names, usernames and email addresses. We
have in turn banned these accounts as and when we became aware of them.
Against this background, please consider this formal notice that we now
unconditionally and absolutely withdraw your license and authorisation, whether
explicit or implicit, to
a) Register new user accounts on WhatDoTheyKnow.com under your own or
any other name or pseudonym.
b) Continue using any current user accounts on WhatDoTheyKnow.com,
whether banned or not and whether originally created by yourself or not.
c) Use WhatDoTheyKnow.com in any other way except to read material as a
non-logged in site visitor.
This withdrawal of your usage license and authorisation is effective immediately and
until further notice. We will not enter into any further correspondence on this decision.
May I draw your attention to the fact that we would consider any further use of
WhatDo TheyKnow.com by yourself in violation of this notice to be an illegal act. We
would therefore reserve our rights to commence civil proceedings in tort against you.

2. Additionally, we would consider any further illicit use of VV'hatDoTheyKnow.com by
yourself to constitute the offence of unauthorised access to computer material,
established by s1 of the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and reserve our right to report
this to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
