the event Weddings For You commits any act,error,or omission in the acceptance, publication,video,and/or distribution of their advertisement for which Weddings for You
may be held legally responsible, Weddings for You liability will in no event exceed the cost of the advertising booking ordered and further agree that Weddings for You will
not under any circumstance be responsible for consequential damages,including lost income and/or profits. The signature of the advertiser and/or it's representing agent/
person/s represents they have the right to authorize the use of (i)the names and/or portraits or pictures of persons,living or dead,or of things;(ii)any trademarks, service
marks,copyrighted, proprietary, or otherwise private material;and(iii)any testimonials contained in any advertisement submitted, by or on behalf of he advertiser and
published by Weddings for You and that such advertisement is neither libelous,an invasion of privacy,violates any third parties rights, or otherwise unlawful. The signatured
advertiser represented on the Weddings for You advertising booking form agrees to reimburse the publisher: Weddings for You, for any attorney's costs or other legal costs
and fees incurred in collecting any unpaid billings for advertising.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree that the details contained in the Weddings for You Advertising Booking Form will be treated as confidential or proprietory information
and shall not be disclosed to third parties with the exception of Weddings for You and it's associated and /or affiliated magazines and websites.
