Editor's Notes
The parents roll is critical in motivating and supporting your athlete. We will push your children, understand this. This is a great opportunity for you listen, support and bond with them. Talking negatively about other players, coaches or strategy, to your children, undermine their success. Please communicate those thought to me directly. To be successful we need all the players to trust and react instinctualy. At this age it's much more about confidence, psychology and support than anything else. We're establishing a foundation each player can build on. Every player matures at different times. It's an amazing thing to watch a young child establish fundamentals and then react instinctually. This creates the awakening moment when it all comes together. Once that happens the growth is exponential and we have another lifelong football players. Let the kids play!
