IMMEDIATE CHANGE FOR ID CARD PROCESSING:
Soldiers within 3d ID who are members of 1st BCT, 2nd BCT, 3d Sustainment and DHHB should report to
Mower Processing Center, Bldg 208, Ft Stewart for issuance/renewal of their ID cards. Soldiers are required to
bring with them 2 additional forms of identification. Additionally, if ID card has been lost, a counseling
statement and a police report. These documents are required in order for a new ID card to be issued. Hours at
Mower are 8:45-11:30 a.m. and 1-4 p.m. This change is effective immediately due to ID card equipment being
inoperable in your servicing brigade S1 shops and will be subject to change once additional support can be
provided at the S1 level. Soldiers from 4th BCT should report to the 4th BCT S1 to obtain assistance with their

LITTLE ONE’S GYM TIME AT STEWART, today:
Beginning today from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. and every Friday thereafter, children will be able to physically
interact and play in a safe environment at Youth Sports & Fitness Center, Bldg. 7338. Parents and infants under
36 months come and play with other children as well as playing with a variety of age appropriate toys. Parents
must interact with their children during the program and children must be registered with CYSS in order to

STEWART TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES:
The intersection at Hero and Lindquist Roads will be closed to all traffic beginning at 4 p.m., 16 Dec and
continuing through 16 April for road construction. Traffic blockades will be put in place to stop the flow of
traffic through this area. Detour signs and traffic control devices will be posted for the duration of the
construction project. Motorist are encouraged to avoid this area to minimize traffic congestion and to be alert to

ID cards will be issued by appointment, 8:45 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday only at Mower Processing
Center beginning 17 Dec. Appointments are required for issuance/renewal of any ID card, updating of DEERS
records, etc. Individuals must bring with them TWO forms of identification. In the event that the card has been
lost or stolen, a police report is required and Soldiers must have a counseling statement. Appointments can be

CANDLELIGHT VIGIL FOR NATIONAL HOMELESS PERSONS' DAY, Dec. 21:
National Homeless Persons’ Day is 21 Dec. In recognition of this national day of hope and prayer for our
homeless, the Liberty County Homeless Coalition will host the 1st Annual Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day
Candlelight Vigil 6 p.m. at Bradwell Park in downtown Hinesville.
The vigil will offer words of thought and hope, song and the glow of warm candlelight and cast a positive
reflection on this first day of winter. Booths will also be set up for persons to sign up for the 2nd Annual Good
Friday Walk which will take place on 29 March and benefits the Liberty County Homeless Coalition. For
