TRADING STRATEGY:
Despite the strong rally in the August MCX Gold market since June 3, trading the long side could get
a little tricky today since the market has reached its first objective. In addition, today is the eighth day
up from the bottom, putting the market in the window of time for a closing price reversal top.
During this week prices rose sharply towards the new contract high of 26660 levels and finally closed
+3.08% higher at 25863 levels. As per the candlestick pattern prices has formed “ Bullish Marubozu
candlestick pattern” which is the sign of Bullish market.
For the next week we expect gold prices to find support in the range of 25,700 – 25,600 levels.
Trading consistently below 25950 levels would lead towards the strong support at 25,000 levels and
then finally towards the major support at 24,500 levels.
Resistance is now observed in the range of 27,000 – 26,100 levels. Trading consistently above 26,500
levels would lead towards the strong resistance at 27100 levels, and then finally towards the major
resistance at 27,600 levels.

TRADING STRATEGY
MCX Silver rose during the course of the session on Friday, breaking above the level 41500. With the
Bullish Marubozu candlestick that we saw during the day, we believe that this market will continue to
go higher, probably aiming for the 42700 handle. With that, we think that a potential breakout could be
coming, but we don’t get overly bullish until we get above the 42000 level on a daily close, which
would show the momentum for the buyers picking up
As expected during this week prices could able sustain on higher levels and in end of the week prices
rose towards the new contract high of 41900 levels and finally closed +4.75 % higher at 39997 levels.
In the week prices have made the new contract high of 41900 levels and formed “Bullish candlestick
pattern” which is the indication of bullish trend.
For the next week we expect silver prices to find resistance in the range of 42700 – 43000 levels.
Trading consistently below 41400 levels would lead towards the strong support at 39500 levels.
Resistance is now observed in the range of 42,700 – 43,000 levels.

TRADING STRATEGY:
As you can see broke much higher during the course of the session on , breaking above the 6230
level, and above the top of the Bullish candlestick pattern that we had formed of the previous two
sessions. With this being the case, we feel that the market is ready to go much higher, and as this
market has freed itself from massive resistance, we feel that the market goes much higher given
enough time.

5. BASE METALS WEEKLY TECHNICAL LEVELS
NICKEL (JUN) MCX 4 HOURLY CHART
TRADING STRATEGY:
There is no major movement in Nickel and closed -2.76% at 1080.40on Friday. From starting the
week nickel price down its lowest since mid-May as investors closed positions following a price
gain of almost 40 percent for the year so far. Still, the long-term bull trend in nickel remained
intact. According to INSG, the surplus in global nickel market dropped significantly during the
month of March this year. The global nickel market surplus totaled 3,600 tons in March this year.
This is 52.6% down when compared with the surplus data during March last year.
For the next week we expect Nickel prices to find support in the range of 1030 - 1000 levels while
Resistance is now observed in the range of 1170- 1185 levels.
