world at a really young age. From being a mere starlet in a few
‘Disney’ productions to become one of the most celebrated
singers and actresses of today, Lovato has travelled a long way
in her artistic journey. Apart from garnering acclaim from
audiences for her roles in movies such as ‘Camp Rock’, Demi has
even managed to prove her prowess as a great singer through
albums such as ‘Unbroken’, ‘Don’t Forget’ and ‘Here We Go
Again’. Many of her songs have turned out be chartbusters and
grabbed top positions in musical charts like the ‘Billboard 200’
and are even popular in nations like New Zealand and Syria,
apart from just the United States. The actress attributes the
success of her musical endeavours to contemporary pop icons
like Britney Spears, Kelly Clarkson and Christina Aguilera, who
influenced her through their styles of music. Without merely
concentrating on her career and personal growth, this celebrity
is known for associating herself with charitable organizations,
such as ‘PACER’ which works towards the rights of children who
are victims of bullying.

7. Evaluation Of Website Design
• When designing my website, I wanted it to have a similar theme to my song and the locations that I will be filming in. As I am setting my
music video on the beach, I decided to use a blurred picture of the sea as well as images of the artist that where taken from her single.
• When I researched similar websites, I found the vast majority of them had an ‘about’ section where you find out information about the
artist. I found that this is very popular and introduces the artist to their fan base, making the website feel more personal and not all about
publicity.
• With the music section of my webpage, I thought that it would be a good idea to have the artist’s previous work on display as well as a
music player central to the page. This allows the fans to play music while they browse through the page.
• For the contact page, I wanted to keep things basic so that all members of the fan base would be able to use the emailing section. The
boxes are big and clear- so they are easily read- and the email addresses of both the management and booking agency are available for
contact.
• I decided to use Demi Lovato’s official website for inspiration when designing my official store. I used her official merchandise and also
used the idea to have a mailing list option.
