Advocacy for time consciousness and
honesty is a significant campaign for
core development of individuals. If
everyone is punctual and honest
there will be a concomitant valuing
for self-respect and for respecting
others’ time.
These values can also be taught but mostly can be
caught by simply modeling the practice and making it a
habit. Awareness of the benefits we can derive from
being a WATCH implementer is basically the end goal in
establishing a WATCH School.
Time consciousness and honesty has been the most
observable character traits in every learners. It promotes
self-respect and discipline once being exercised and de-
veloped. Young one’s adheres to come early in the school,
manage time properly inside the classroom and in the
school and shows honesty in every aspect of their lives.
For them to engage themselves in such discipline like
these, we as educators advocates and even inject in the
curriculum the project which best suites with the mission
and vision, the PROJECT W.A.T.C.H.
Ilagan East Integrated SPED Center, anchored on the
principle of total human development brings up the learners to the maximum cultivation of
their behavioral and mental facilities. It emphasize the significance of change, from the
negative to positive and from good to better. Teachers facilitate learning and constantly
nurture every learner to the highest level of behavior. Thus, project W.A.T.C.H. deep-
rooted values to provide and maintain a wholesome school environment at the young age. We,
as educators would like to extend our hands to mold every learners to become better for
the future with respect and love, honest and kind heart, and future leaders of the genera-
tion who uplifts the essence of time and honesty at all times.
Upon the introduction of the program, IEISC has
implemented the ideals of the project.

PUNCTUALITY and HONESTY
as elements of SUCCESS
in our daily lives…
To share our talents and
precious time in order to

ofPUNCTUALITY and
HONESTY
Towards a LIVING
LEGACY…
 To know and understand the value of
punctuality in the context of the
development of a better Filipino character.
 To cherish and value punctuality as an
integral part of a true Filipino, and
 To identify concrete strategies that will
assist an individual in the actualization of
the value of punctuality and honesty in
one’s life.

endeavor to promote punctuality and
honesty not only inside the school
premises but also in the community
especially the place where our pupils first

This project will make the parents as
role model since they are the first
teacher of their kids. Barangay Captain
Jomar Cagayan, graciously supports our
objectives and the community serves as
our partner to attain our advocacy.
Another advocacy of WATCH initiated was
to disseminate the information regarding the
WATCH program in parents. The officers and
members as well as the watch coordinator
gives lectures and discussions to the pupils in
the school for the awareness of the people in
the community.

PROJECT W.A.T.C.H BULLETIN BOARD
Ilagan East Integrated SPED Center has the W.A.T.C.H
Bulletin Board. It is where you see updates and announcement
regarding the project, the different names of the set of officers
of the W.A.T.C.H. Club as well as the name of the Coordinator of
the said project. Projects and activities as well as the pictures
being taken during activities is posted in the bulletin. Pupils are
free to read and see announcements in the bulletin for them to
get updated on the ongoing project.
Ilagan East Integrated SPED Center observes different bells. Learners are being
motivated to signals as they hear the bell ringing. Pupils in the lower elementary,
once hearing the second bell knows already that it is their time for snack. They
are given 15 minutes to buy food in the canteen. Third bell is for the higher
elementary which means that the primary grades will go back to their classrooms
and continue their snack there. Third bell rings at 9:40, intermediate pupils will
also have the 15minute break.
This different bells was observed for them to be aware of the
different activities inside the campus and advocates discipline to fall inline in
buying their food in the canteen and avoid accidents to happen. It makes them
also quicker in times of emergency and know what to do as the signals ring.
Teachers are also aware of the Principal’s instruction if there is an
urgent staff meeting. This observation in the bell ringing motivates
pupils to listen carefully in the signals of the school rules and
regulations.
FLAG CEREMONY
During school days, learners should be in the school
premises before 7:15 in the morning in preparation for the
flag ceremony at exactly 7:30 a.m. Pupils will line up and
walk quietly and proceed to the school gymnasium and each
grade level will fall in line for the flag ceremony. After
that, the School Principal will have a short announcement
for the teachers and learners. All objects found in the lost
and found box in the school premises will be returned to
the owner. This activity is habitually done by the school.
CLASSROOM PROGRAM/
SCHEDULE
Every teacher’s room have their own classroom program or
schedule framed and hang in their front door. This advocacy
promotes awareness in time management and schedule of every
subject and learning areas especially in the intermediate pupils
where they have subject teachers.
Every teachers manage to respect the time and schedule
of their co-teachers for the teaching to flow well during the day.
Pupils then manage to know their next subjects and who will be
