• Thoughtful use of Slack instead mindless obsession
to remove slack to achieve Efficiency
• The more efficient you get it becomes harder to change
• Get out of ubiquitous hurry up Mantra to “Speed Up”
more efficiency is not the answer- you need
more slack.

• Increased Organizational agility
• Better Retention of Key Personnel , ie Human Capital
• It increase Capacity for Risk Taking instead of Risk Avoidance
