The document provides information about the cooling system, Pump 3 which controls the cooling fan, and procedures for checking the cooling fan speed and Pump 3 pressure settings on a loader. Key details include:
- The cooling system integrates cooling for the engine, transmission, hydraulics, and optional axle cooling.
- Pump 3 controls the variable speed cooling fan and brake pressure. Its pressure can be checked and adjusted.
- Checks involve connecting gauges and monitors, running the engine at idle and full throttle to read fan speeds and pressures.
- Proper fan speeds are 400-1600 RPM depending on temperature, and Pump 3 pressure should be 1.95-3.0 MPa.
