Customization in the Voice Logger can be done as per Client requriment

Active Voice Logger
“In the case of Passive Voice logger, it has the option of automatic call
routing to the server when the voice logger system has unknown technical
fault”,this is done through the mechanism of Tapping Card. The advantage
is that ,though the voice logger fails but still the calls can be connected.
Where as in Active Voice Logger if the voice logger fails, even the call will
be disconnected.

Passive Voice Logger
Customization is not possible in the Voice Logger. It has a Tapping Card
