This document outlines the steps and activities completed for a technology valuation and negotiation course. A first step is to clarify the terms. Innovation is the deliberate process that enables the
development of new products, services, and business models in organizations. This process must
carry out concrete and measurable results and is associated with the development of an
entrepreneurial spirit in individuals, that is, an attitude towards work characterized by the
permanent search for opportunities and the ability to articulate human resources and With the aim
of taking advantage of them, from this perspective, although innovation is always associated with
entrepreneurship, it is possible to have entrepreneurship without innovation. Thus, small or large
companies that do not have a vocation for innovation are outside the scope that will be examined
here, even if they have been created by successful entrepreneurs. And it should be noted that it is
also possible to have innovation without the creation of new companies, since entrepreneurship
and innovation can arise from large companies, which have decades of history.
This notion of "innovative entrepreneurship", or "entrepreneurial innovation", is of extraordinary
importance to the modern economy. In recent decades, a basic transformation has occurred in the
world economy, which has gone from administrative capitalism to entrepreneurial capitalism
where the notion of entrepreneurship occupies a central place as the engine of economic
development. Within this approach, the structure of firms becomes more dynamic, bureaucratic
institutions are replaced by entrepreneurial and market solutions, and innovation is sought as an
explicit business objective, due to its ability to transform the rules of the game.

8. This article shows that all Colombians are capable of innovating and creating our own
companies, as did Mr. Orlando Rincón, who with hard work of more than three years was able to
realize his dream and today have large contracts with various companies around the world. which
certify and endorse him as a great entity in which it is very reliable to work with him,
additionally the Japanese who are a more advanced culture than ours have also requested to work
with parksoft that shows that the company is on the right track and which has a great growth
around the year 2008, which is the year in which the article speaks
Today when reviewing information related to parksoft we find that it is a company already
consolidated with the same director, Mr. Orlando Rincón, a simple, humble and enterprising man
who shows that with an attitude and with the desire to want to get ahead, all Colombians could

day all processes evolve and are more autonomous and independent, that every day the
innovation of industrial processes is more reflected in the companies, since in this way
companies are benefited in the cost of manufacturing their products and in the time of making
them.

9. CONCLUSIONES
With the completion of this work we can see how we update our profile on the University
website, we can also have a criticism about how the innovation is in our country with respect to
the document that we read about parksoft
