The document introduces the new VEGA shopping center located in Šamorín, Slovakia near Bratislava. The three floor shopping center totals 7,026 square meters of rentable space and was built to improve quality of life for local citizens and provide entertainment options. It aims to boost the local economy by creating new jobs. The city of Šamorín has existed along the Danube River since the 17th century.

2. Welcome in the new-built shopping center VEGA in the little city Šamorín near the Bratislava , in Slovakia. We offer to you variability of world-known branches in three floors of our center. The shopping center is situated on 9.012m 2 , from which is built 2.672m 2 . The Floorage of shopping center VEGA is 7.026.82 m 2 . There is about 5.000m 2 for rent. The shopping center VEGA has also engineering floor.

3. VEGA shopping center was proposed of purpose to improve the life level of citizens city Šamorín and citizens of outside villages. The animus was well done their free time activities. Prospectus of our project is not to do competition, but to add possibilities of city Šamorín. We believe the shopping center can offer amazing habitat for shopping and entertainment. VEGA shopping center joints the best of new design and architecture. Nearby the center is going to build new complex for citizens which will give many new jobs for them.

4. The river Donau which is entered by the Devin water gate makes the biggest in-country delta of middle Europe. The Donau´s trunk stream had changed from 17 th century. The city Šamorín has come into existence near by Donau´s mainly distributary. According to famous historic s get Šamorín under name of the St.Maria. The first reference to the dorp „Villa Sancta Maria“ was dated first time in 1238. Latest name was ,,Zentmária“ from which is probably today´s name of the city . Entering Slovakia to European Union in May 2004 has abetted economical and trade expansion of the country.

5. VEGA shopping center is situated in the industry part of the city Šamorín on the main road from Bratislava to Komárno. According statistics from 2007 is through traffic on level 16 480 private cars daily. Near by shopping center is the petrol station OMW. To VEGA center was built connecting and turning lanes. For parking is 200 parking places. In the future is going to establish shuttle from the city to shopping center.

7. Floorage is cca 1.830 m 2 . The mainly part of ground floor is fast food with drive - in. On the ground floor are planned telecommunication services and services closed to daily life of visitors.

8. The floorage is until 1550m 2 til 1900 m 2 The mainly part of this floor are the branch boutiques and shops and the pleasing coffee bar .

9. The floorage is cca 1620 m 2 . This floor intends on entertainment and free time activities. For visitors is there bowling, disco-bar, casino and beautify saloons with solar studio.
