Netology Group has developed a unique, comprehensive online learning platform
for students, professionals, and businesses. It offers interactive online classes
with teachers from Russia’s leading universities, such as Moscow State University
and the Higher School of Economics as well as specialists from major Russian
companies. My daily work includes a plan and execute user-centred design
activities for editing existed or creating new courses such as user quantitive and
qualitative researches. I manage and deliver user research work streams. I define
participant criteria and support participant recruitment, I study user behaviour by
creating and conducting online interviews and surveys. Managing research
analysis and also collecting, sorting and mapping the data findings helps me
identify user insights. Present insight and research findings to diverse audiences
by reports. As a UX Researcher I collaborate productively with colleagues and
support the Senior User Researcher in the day to day management of the Remote
UX Lab.

Also, I am taking part in the marketing remote project as a UX/UI Designer in a
team of "Lobbido.ltd" company. I designing complex and functional website and
web app in a responsive environment on a base of MVP. I bring conceptual
strength, innovation and creativity in style guides of the company. I understand
the user needs and work productively with colleagues.
Beniprodux srl is an e-commerce start-up which offers the Italian high-quality food
and cosmetic for the Russian market. I supported and drove the project. I worked
with an extended network of stakeholders and teams within the company. I
headed the development of the company's brand standards and I found effective
solutions to complex UX/UI problems. I created the scratches of a responsive
website including the UI elements. I collaborated for 2 years 90% remotely with
the sales department, a team of programmers and marketing department located
in Moldavia and Russia. I had to analyse the development of the project using the
research and Google Analytics. I conducted user research and managed backlog
prioritization in order to get to the right user stories and understood the user
needs.
Produced responsive web design for 1 real-live project.
Developed separate snippets of code for the responsive and mobile front-end
development. Built web page by ready design.
Completed 3 real-live projects throughout the course and created the design for
mobile apps from concept and research, through prototypes to the finished
presentation. Created the website portfolio from the scratch and user research
through coding using the flex-boxes to the usability testing.
