Us. Verses Them; the U.S. verses Al Qaeda. We see them as a threat to our security while they see us Infidels that must die.
Structure of Al Qaeda. Amir is the head, Secretary is not next in line but closet to the Amir. The Deputy is Ayman Al Zawahiri. The command counsil consist of leaders handpicked by Bin Laden and the committees are all led by a single leader that answers to Bin Laden. They are each in charge of a branch that promotes Al Qaeda.

How can we win this war?
Discuss how The U.S. can learn from the histories lessons of Vietnam and the USSR. We went into hostile territory and were not prepared for what was in store. Were beaten and driven out by guerrilla tactics. The soviets provide an even better example because they themselves went into AFGHANISTAND and were handily defeated. Afghanistan has never lost a war. The terrain is too rough and treacherous for foreigners.
Discuss Urban Warfare adjustments that should be made. Our troops are severely untrained when it comes to urban warfare. The majority of our battles are fought within towns and cities yet our troops are still primarily trained in traditional country side warfare. With better urban training our troops can be better equipped to effectively fight al Qaeda forces.
Take out Osama and Zawahiri. With Osama Bin Laden out Al Zawahiri is most posed to take his place. This can be very dangerous to the US since many consider Al Zawahiri to be the mastermind of Al Qaeda operations. Al Qaeda will most likely now plan a retaliation attack against the US so the faster we take out Al Zawahiri the better.
Alter Global image of Al Qaeda and US. By presenting US forces in a beneficial light, the US will be more able to deal with civilians, gain new information
