Purpose: To evaluate the performance of the Student during the Professional Stay regarding the
assigned responsibilities and tasks, to provide him/her with feedback about performance relative to
expectations, and to point out areas for improvement.
Instructions:
• Advisors will evaluate the Student for the following periods:

The Evaluation will be discussed with the Student for the purpose mentioned above (performance,
feedback and areas for improvement). In turn, the Student will write his/her comments regarding
the period of evaluation.
The Evaluation of periods 2nd and 4th, must sign by the Professional Advisor, gather the Student’s
signature, scan the document and send it by e‐mail to the Coordinador of Vinculación of the
student´s campus.
The Evaluation considers the scale included below:
• = Necesita mejorar: El desempeño del alumno es inadecuado y no cubre con los
10 = Outstanding: The Student performs with outstanding quality.
