This document provides instructions for making a unicorn cupcake amigurumi toy. It includes materials needed, measurements, notes on gauge and abbreviations. The instructions are in 14 steps to crochet the white cupcake body increasing stitches in rounds. Further instructions detail making the tan cupcake bottom, nose, eyes, cheeks and assembling. Additional pieces include roses, ears and a horn attached to the cupcake top. Pictures are referenced to illustrate steps. Copyright and contact information is provided at the top.

2. Notes:
-The ( ) at the end of each round states

-Tension is not critical for this project. You
can use any yarn to make this amigurumi.
For example, if you use a smaller hook and
a suitable yarn, the amigurumi will be
smaller while maintaining the same
proportions.

Nose:
with 2.75 mm hook and #3 white yarn, ch 2

Finish off . Attach piece to the cupcake. With
black yarn stitch on nostrils. See picture 1.

Finish off and leave a long yarn tail.
Insert 7 mm safety eyes between rounds
11 and 12 with 4 stitches in between.
With yarn needle stitch on cheeks. See
picture 1.
Sew the top and bottom cupcake pieces
together by working in the back loops from
rnd 14 of the top piece and the sts from rnd
14 of the bottom piece. Stuff with fiber fill
as you go.
With a yarn needle and a 12 inch piece of tan
yarn, insert needle into the bottom center
of the cupcake and then up through the top
center. Insert needle back down the same
stitch. Repeat a few more times, always going
up in a slightly different stitch and going
down the same place you came up. This will
keep the top smooth but cause an indentation
in the bottom. See picture 2.

Rose:
with 2.75 mm hook, and #3 yarn, ch 16
Row 1: 3 hdc in 2nd ch from hook, * (ch 1,
dc) rpt 3 times total in next ch st, ch 1, sc in
next ch st, rpt from * 1 more time, (ch 1,
dc) rpt 3 times total in each of the next 2 ch
sts, ch 1, sc in next ch st, ** 3 tr in next 2 ch
sts, ch 1, sc in next ch st, rpt from ** 1 more
time, (ch 1, dc) rpt 3 times total in last ch st
Fasten off and leave a long tail for sewing
the rose together. Repeat to make two more
roses. Attach roses to the top of the cake.

with 2.75 mm hook, and #3 white yarn, ch 2
Rnd 1: 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook (6 total sts)
Rnd 2: *2 sc in next st, sc in next st, rpt from

Rnd 3: *2 sc in next st, sc in next 2 sts, rpt

Finish off and leave a long yarn tail. Repeat
rnds 1-7 for a second ear. Sew ears to the

Horn:
with 3.5 mm hook, and #4 yellow yarn, ch 2

Rnd 2: working in BLO, sc in each st

Rnd 3: working in BLO, *2 sc in next st, sc in
next 2 sts, rpt from * until end of rnd

Fasten off and leave a 12 inch yarn tail. With
yarn tail and yarn needle, sew horn to the
